We welcome Australian Defence Force (ADF) and veteran families with approved ADF or DVA tutoring funding. Our experienced, qualified teachers provide one-to-one online tutoring in English and mathematics for students in Years 2–9 across Australia.

Funded Defence Tutoring

Once your child’s tutoring funding is approved, we welcome a conversation about their learning needs, available sessions and whether our approach is a suitable fit. Our role is to provide tutoring that responds to your child’s needs within the scope of their approved funding.

Families arrange funding approval directly with Defence or DVA before enquiring about funded tutoring with us. We do not guide or manage funding applications. For eligibility and application assistance, please contact the relevant scheme directly.

ADF Education Assistance Scheme (EAS) Tutoring

The scheme may provide tutoring assistance when a posting leads to a school change and additional educational support is required. Eligibility and approval are determined by Defence.

Once your child’s tutoring funding is approved, speak with an educator about their learning needs and available sessions. We take time to understand your child’s school context, strengths and current challenges before discussing whether our tutoring is a suitable fit.

Where suitable availability exists, a complimentary introductory session provides an opportunity to meet the educator, consider suitability and discuss next steps. We also clarify how the proposed sessions fit the approved funding and any costs payable by your family before tutoring begins.

Private Tutoring for Defence Families

Defence families can also choose tutoring privately, including when funding is unavailable or approved sessions have finished. The same individually planned, teacher-led approach supports learning continuity, confidence and independence.

Private tutoring can also include extension and academic development for students ready for greater challenge. Families can explore ongoing tutoring options according to their child’s needs and educator availability.
